Key Responsibility Vendor & Client Management: Coordinate with hotels, restaurants, and catering clients. Onboard new partners and manage pricing & agreements. Sales & Business Growth: Promote company’s food products (spices, ghee, pulses, etc.) to hotels & hospitality sector. Achieve targets & identify new opportunities. Operations & Coordination: Coordinate with purchase, dispatch & logistics teams to ensure timely order delivery and maintain documentation. Relationship Building: Maintain rapport with hotel purchase managers, chefs, and F&B; heads. Collect feedback and monitor market trends. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare daily visit reports, sales pipeline, and monthly performance reports for management review. Required Skills & Competencies: - Excellent communication & presentation skills. Strong negotiation & relationship management abilities. Good understanding of hotel procurement systems. Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools. Knowledge of HORECA / food industry preferred.
