Job Description

Work closely with the operations team to keep a track record of the Value-Added Services process and feedback collection for process optimization
Collaborate with Customer Success, Finance, Platform operations, and On-field operations teams to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution related to service delivery
Maintain records, preparation of periodic performance reports, and conduct gap analysis of execution processes.
Actively monitor service performance and work on an action plan to improve operational efficiency and service experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile

General Background:

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in sales support, supplier onboarding, platform operations, and data management.Employment History: Indian/ Multinational Co/ Boiler manufacturing/ Biofuels/ Biomass / Agri Tech / Farm Sector product company.

Technical Competency

Knowledge:
Energy Industry or Enterprise Software/ B2B sales/ Solutions sales/ Services sales / Enterprise sales
Any Specific Need:
Ability to create and manage relationships, Exposure to dealing with small and medium-scale suppliers and other business entities, understanding of internet-based platforms.
Strengths:
Ability to convince, strong communication skills, process orientation
Education/ Training:
Graduate/ Postgraduate/ Engineering with a Management qualification will be preferred
Presentation/ Communication Skills:
Strong written and Verbal Communication skills
Interpersonal Skills:
Assertive and friendly
Leadership Traits:
Performance focus, Objective-driven
