Job Description

Job Summary:

Core Areas of Responsibility (KRAs)

1. Onboarding & New Hire Management

    • Execute the new hire process, completing 

      Zoho profile conversions by 2 PM on the DOJ

       and processing 

      employee agreements

       within 24 hours of DOJ, 
    • Maintain comprehensive employee records by adding/updating 

      dependent details (for insurance)

       and securing 

      Form 11 & PF passbook data

       by the last working day of each month.
    • Prepare and circulate 

      welcome notes

       for all weekly joiners by 

      Thursday morning (10 AM)

       of that joining week.

2. Background Verification (BGV) & Compliance

    • Initiate 

      Ongrid verification

       for all candidates within a 

      24-hour TAT

       upon receiving the official request from the TA team.
    • Proactively manage and resolve all 

      Data Insufficiency, Failed, and UTV (Unable to Verify) cases.

    • Facilitate seamless onboarding for remote joiners by ensuring 

      IT is updated with clear address check clearances

       for asset allocation immediately post-BGV.

3. Offboarding & Payroll Compliance

    • Ensure timely exit documentation by sharing the 

      F&F statement, TDS certificate, and Relieving Letter on or before the last day of the month

       following exit.
    • Mark and update all employee profiles as 

      active/inactive in Zoho

       according to their Last Working Day (LWD) post-confirmation.
    • Ensure 

      100% data hygiene

       by deleting inactive employee profiles from 

      Plum

       monthly, aligned with the employee's LWD.

4. HR Operations & Administration

    • Maintain operational efficiency and provide timely support for all employee-related inquiries.
    • Process and resolve all 

      attendance regularization requests

       within a strict 

      24-hour TAT

      .
    • Ensure all 

      ad-hoc requests and daily activities

       are addressed and completed with a 

      same-day completion rate

      .
    • Generate 

      Transfer Letters and ID Cards

       for all transferred employees within 

      30 days

       of their transfer.
    • Ensure proper 

      Database Management

       by saving all critical documents in a network folder with consistent naming conventions for easy access during audits.
