Role Summary

Job Description – Valorx Support & Development EngineerWe are seeking a skilled Valorx Support & Development Engineer to manage, enhance, and support the integration of Salesforce with Valorx across our business processes. The role requires expertise in Salesforce, Excel-based workflows, and Valorx applications, with the ability to troubleshoot issues, deliver enhancements, and collaborate with business users and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Application Support:
  • Provide L2/L3 support for Valorx applications and integrations with Salesforce.
  • Troubleshoot user issues, analyze logs, and resolve functional and technical incidents within SLA.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to capture, prioritize, and resolve issues impacting operations.
  • Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles for recurring issues.

Development & Enhancements

  • Design, develop, and enhance Valorx solutions integrating Salesforce and Excel.
  • Configure Valorx templates, mappings, and data flows as per business needs.
  • Develop automation, validations, and optimizations to improve end-user experience.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce development teams to align Valorx changes with platform strategy.

Process & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with deployment, change management, and incident management processes.
  • Participate in release planning, testing, and production deployment activities.
  • Provide training and user guidance for Valorx adoption

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud) data models and workflows.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Valorx Workbooks and Applications (design, configuration, optimization).
  • Proficiency with Excel (advanced formulas, macros, data analysis).
  • Experience in L2/L3 application support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
  • Understanding of APIs, integration patterns, and data management in Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce Admin or Developer certification.
  • Exposure to Apex, Lightning Components, SOQL for Salesforce customizations.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.).
  • Experience in automation scripts (Python, VBA, etc.) to improve Excel/Valorx productivity.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem with at least 1–2 years working on Valorx.
