UST Job Title: Associate II – Semiconductor Product Validation

The Opportunity

UST is looking for a Validation Technician to support platform-level validation for hardware systems in a lab-based environment. This hands-on role involves executing test cases, managing test environments, supporting debugging efforts, and ensuring firmware and system functionality meet quality standards.This is a full-time onsite position based in Pune, India

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Bring up and troubleshoot client platform hardware and software.
Configure and deploy client platform environments for testing and development.
Execute test runs, monitor system performance, identify potential issues & publish results.
Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges.
Document lab procedures and configurations.
Manage inventory of lab equipment and supplies.
Ensure the lab environment is clean, organized, and safe.
Implement and maintain security protocols within the lab environment.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of client platform architecture.
Proficiency in assembling & troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Experience with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualification

3+ Years of experience working on client platform architecture.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in a lab environment is preferred.
Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
