Key Roles & Responsibilities Support platform validation activities, including benchmarking, BIOS, graphics, and component-level testing. Execute predefined test cases and report results to ensure platform quality and stability. Run automated tests using Azure DevOps pipelines and assist with monitoring and log collection. Set up and maintain test beds, including system hardware and software configuration. Flash firmware (BIOS, BMC, etc.) and verify functional integration. Collect logs, crash dumps, and diagnostics to support defect analysis. Log defects in ticketing tools and coordinate with engineering teams through issue resolution. Follow lab safety, ESD handling procedures, and maintain a clean, secure work area. Required Skills: Windows platform validation Firmware flashing and hardware setup Azure DevOps test execution System log collection and defect reporting Desired Skills Familiarity with BIOS, graphics, and firmware testing Knowledge of debugging principles and crash log analysis Experience in a hardware or embedded lab environment Effective communication and teamwork skills Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or 1–3 years of experience in system validation or platform testing What We Believe We’re proud to embrace the same values that have shaped UST since the beginning.
