About the Role

Full-Time Designer

Responsibilities

• Create user-friendly and visually appealing

  UI designs

  for mobile and web.
• Build and maintain

  Design System components

  , ensuring scalable and consistent UI patterns.
• Use

  Figma Auto-Layout

  , variants, and advanced component structures to build efficient, responsive screens.
• Develop design assets such as

  icons, illustrations, banners, product visuals

  , and more.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate ideas into intuitive designs.
• Conduct basic

  user research

  and apply UX best practices.
• Produce

  high-fidelity screens, prototypes

  , and developer-ready assets.
• Ensure

  brand consistency

  across all touchpoints.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and usability insights.
• Utilize

  AI tools

  (design generation, content assistance, research, automation) to speed up workflows and enhance output quality.

Required Skills

• Strong command of

  Figma

  , including Auto-Layout, components, variants, responsive design, and prototyping.
• Experience working with or contributing to a

  Design System

  .
• Good understanding of

  UI/UX principles

  and user-centered design.
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite

  (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
• Ability to work in a

  fast-paced environment

  with tight deadlines.
• Strong visual design sense—layout, color, typography, and spacing.
• Basic motion design skills (bonus).
• Ability to leverage

  AI tools

  for design exploration, user insights, creative ideas, and faster execution.
• High attention to detail with strong

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communication Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent experience.

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience

  as a

  UI/UX / Visual Designer

  work.
