UX/UI Designer

Job Overview -

Were seeking a creative UX/UI Designer with 2+ years of experience to help design intuitive and visually engaging interfaces. You’ll work alongside product managers, engineers, and senior designers to translate user needs into elegant wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile apps
• Conduct or assist with user research, usability testing, interviews, and surveys to uncover insights
• Translate business and user requirements into user flows, sitemaps, and storyboards
• Develop and maintain design systems and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency
• Iterate ondesigns based on user feedback, accessibility standards, and best practices
• Work with developers to ensure practical implementation and maintain visual fidelity
• Participate in design reviews, critiques, and brainstorming sessions to strengthen design quality

Key Requirements -

• 2+ years in UI/UX design or related roles (including internships/freelance)
• Bachelor’s degree or progress in Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in design/prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or equivalent
• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, information architecture, and prototypes
• Understanding of basic UX methods: user research, usability testing, design thinking
• Familiarity with visual design fundamentals: typography, color, layout, interaction principles
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
