About the Role

UX/UI Designer

You will design intuitive dashboards, workflows, settings, analytics, and complex user journeys that make a technically advanced platform feel simple, clean, and easy to use.

This is a core product role that directly influences adoption, user satisfaction, and long-term UI/UX excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end product screens for dashboards, analytics, reports, workflows, and multi-step user journeys.
Create wireframes, UX flows, prototypes, and polished UI using
Figma
.
Build and maintain scalable
design systems
and reusable components.
Translate complex enterprise workflows into simple, intuitive experiences.
Ensure consistency in typography, spacing, layout, and interaction patterns across the platform.
Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, and frontend developers for effective design handoff.
Conduct basic usability checks and improve flows based on UX reasoning and logic.

Must-Have Skills

Strong proficiency in
Figma
(components, auto-layout, prototyping).
Portfolio with
SaaS dashboards
and multi-screen web applications (mandatory).
Strong understanding of UX fundamentals: user flows, IA, journey mapping, simplification.
Clean and modern visual design sense — spacing, layout grids, typography, clarity.
Experience collaborating with engineering teams.
Ability to explain
why
behind design decisions logically and clearly.

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience working with startups or B2B SaaS platforms.
Understanding of design systems at scale.
Exposure to user research, user interviews, A/B testing.
