UX/UI Designer

As a UX/UI Designer at our company based in Kolkata, you will play a pivotal role in creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences. Your primary focus will be on understanding user needs, designing seamless user interfaces, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure delightful user experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough user research to identify user needs, behaviors, and pain points. - Analyze data and user feedback to drive design decisions and strategies. - Develop user personas, journey maps, and use cases to guide design efforts effectively. - Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts. - Establish and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across platforms. - Iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing results, and stakeholder input. - Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to refine design requirements. - Present design solutions and incorporate feedback into the design process. - Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions to encourage creativity and alignment. - Plan and conduct usability testing to enhance design effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. - Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure innovative and relevant designs. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in any stream. - 5+ years of experience in UX design. - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma. - Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability concepts.,
