We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to craft engaging, user-friendly digital experiences. The role involves designing intuitive interfaces, conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and ensuring consistent visual identity across digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands user behavior, and collaborates effectively with developers and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs.
• Translate concepts into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design responsive, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Stay updated on UX/UI best practices, emerging trends, and design tools.
• Analyze user feedback and metrics to continuously improve designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and human-centered design.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user journey mapping.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles (basic coding knowledge is a plus).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance creativity with functionality and usability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for web, mobile apps, and multi-platform products.
• Familiarity with usability testing, A/B testing, and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of motion design, micro-interactions, or 3D design.
• Prior work in agile or cross-functional product development teams.
