UX/UI Designer

Key Responsibilities:

User Research & Analysis:

o Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

o Analyze data and user feedback to inform design decisions and strategies.

o Develop user personas, journey maps, and use cases to guide design efforts.

o Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that communicate design

concepts effectively.

o Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across platforms.

o Iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing results, and stakeholder input.

Collaboration & Communication:

o Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define

and refine design requirements.

o Present design solutions and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the design process.

o Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster creativity and alignment.

Testing & Optimization:

o Plan and conduct usability testing to evaluate design effectiveness and identify

areas for improvement.

o Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure designs are innovative and relevant.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

Bachelors degree in any stream.

5 + years of experience in UX design.

Skills:

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability.
