Job Description

UX/UI Designer

MCS is looking for a creative and experienced UX/UI Designer with minimum of 2 Years of relevant experience to join our team. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating excellent user experiences and visually attractive user interfaces for our digital products. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to build and optimize user-centric solutions that match the demands of our customers and promote pleasant experiences.

Responsibilities

Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
Develop intuitive and effective information architectures and user flows.
Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.
Design visually appealing user interfaces that align with our brand identity.
Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
Select appropriate color schemes, typography, and imagery for a cohesive and engaging user experience.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs.
Collaborate with users and stakeholders to validate design choices.
Establish and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across products.
Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to implement and refine designs.
Ensure designs are accessible and compliant with relevant accessibility standards and guidelines.
Keep up with industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practises to constantly enhance design processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree / Masters degree in graphic design, interaction design, or a related field.
Proven experience of 1-2 years as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing.
Knowledge of web and mobile design trends, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
