6. Job Description: UX/UI Designer

Overview: We are seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate will combine strong UX thinking with polished UI design to support end-to-end product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user behavior.
• Develop personas, user journeys, information architecture, and low-fidelity wireframes.
• Create high-fidelity UI desis, prototypes, and visual assets aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define requirements and user flows.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system for consistent product experiences.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder inputs.
• Ensure all designs follow accessibility and responsive design standards.
• Support developers during implementation to maintain design accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX processes and polished UI work.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and other design tools.
• Understanding of usability principles, design systems, and accessibility guidelines.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end concepts.
• Experience with agile product development.
• Familiarity with user testing tools like Hotjar, Maze, or UserTesting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,369.28 - ₹20,000.00 per month
