About Us

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the UX/design team to deliver high-quality design outputs.
• Define the overall UX strategy aligned with business goals and product vision.
• Drive design thinking across the organization, fostering a user-centered design culture.
• Oversee user research, usability testing, and analytics to inform design decisions.
• Ensure consistent, intuitive, and engaging experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to define and execute product roadmaps.
• Establish and maintain a design system, UX guidelines, and best practices.
• Advocate for users and ensure design solutions meet both user needs and business objectives.
  

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in UX/Product design, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading design teams and delivering end-to-end product experiences.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX strategy, design leadership, user research, and interaction design.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, design systems, responsive design, and accessibility.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in consumer internet, OTT, or product-focused startups preferred.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on design execution.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 7 years of experience in UX or product design, with leadership exposure.
• Experience building and managing high-performing design teams.
• Strong user-centered mindset and ability to influence product decisions at senior levels.
