Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, UX/UI, or a related field.
5+ years in e-commerce content, UX writing, digital merchandising, or similar role.
Strong image editing and graphic design skills using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent, with the ability to create and modify web-ready assets, promotional banners, and mockups (portfolio required).
Experience with content design and mockups using Figma
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail.
Deep understanding of on-page SEO and its connection to conversion strategy.
Proficiency with CMS platforms (Shopify, Magento, or custom systems).
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or GA4 for content performance tracking.
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with A/B testing and personalization tools (Salesforce, Optimizely, etc.).
Familiarity with project tools like Jira or Trello.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for formatting content.
Background in retail or home appliance industry a plus.
