You will be joining Global Service Center (GSC) as a Product Owner (PO), where your main responsibility will be to lead a Scrum team in developing transportation solutions for Expeditors Businesses. As a PO, you will be in charge of setting the vision and defining the functional outcomes for the software that your team will deliver. Your accountability lies with both Product Management and business stakeholders to ensure the delivery of customer value through the team's software products. To excel in this role, you must possess a sound understanding of the business and technical domain for which your team is responsible. Your primary role as the PO will be to act as the customer proxy, guiding your team's development priorities to meet the long-term product vision, customer feedback, and market opportunities.
