UX Designer

Job Description: Analyze existing systems and understand new needs of the business and target audience. Understand product specifications and user psychology. Conduct regular research, testing etc., and provide actionable reports. Create personas through user research and data. Develop straightforward design approaches from complex design models. Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs. Collaborate actively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Identify the product & customer needs. Capable of creating the full stack of UX deliverables. Develop understanding of the end users through Primary and Secondary research. Create wireframes, prototypes, interaction diagrams, pattern libraries, and user flows. Requirements : User Research and Design Thinking skills. Proficiency in Visual Design and User Experience (UX) design. Experience in prototyping user interfaces. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of industry-standard design tools and software. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Proficiency with Figma, and understanding of other relevant and latest tools.
