You'll collaborate with talented engineers, product managers, and business leaders to design user-centered interfaces and shape the overall user experience of our products. Key Responsibilities Champion User-Centered Design: Advocate for the user throughout the entire product development process, ensuring their needs and pain points are addressed. Create Intuitive and Visually Appealing Interfaces: Design user interfaces for web and/or mobile applications that are both aesthetically pleasing and easy to use. Develop Design Concepts: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and iterate on solutions. Conduct User Research: Plan and conduct user research activities, such as user interviews, usability testing, and surveys, to gather insights and validate design decisions. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with product vision and business goals. Maintain Design Consistency: Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries to ensure consistency across all products and platforms. Stay Ahead of Design Trends: Continuously research and explore new design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance the user experience and push creative boundaries. Iterate and Improve: Analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and iterate on designs to optimize user satisfaction and engagement. Mandatory Requirements 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with a focus on SaaS products or cloud-based applications. A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and demonstrating a user-centered design approach. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Solid understanding of user interface design principles, interaction design, and information architecture. Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bonus : Experience with front-end development (Flutter) or animation tools.
