Join Aviato Consulting as a Tech Product Manager specializing in Salesforce and become the strategic owner for our customers' Salesforce instances. You'll treat Salesforce as a core technology product, enabling critical business functions across sales, service, marketing, and operations for diverse clients. This role offers the chance to define vision, strategy, and roadmaps that directly deliver significant value and efficiency gains. You will be empowered to identify opportunities, champion initiatives, and drive successful implementations by collaborating closely with customer stakeholders and our expert technical teams. Key Responsibilities: Shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer Salesforce platforms. Serve as the key bridge between customer business leaders and Aviato's Salesforce technical teams. Translate complex customer business needs into clear, actionable user stories and technical specifications. Leverage deep Salesforce expertise to identify and champion innovative solutions using platform capabilities and new releases. Drive value by effectively prioritizing the Salesforce product backlog based on customer impact and strategic goals. Partner with our Administrators and Developers through the entire delivery lifecycle. Ensure solutions meet customer expectations through defining acceptance criteria and managing UAT. Monitor solution performance and adoption, iterating to ensure continuous improvement and customer success. Communicate the value and progress of Salesforce initiatives to customer stakeholders. Navigate the Salesforce ecosystem to identify relevant third-party solutions and trends for our customers. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Proven experience (X+ years) as a Product Manager or Business Analyst with a strong focus on the Salesforce platform. In-depth understanding of core Salesforce concepts and declarative capabilities. Experience gathering and documenting complex business requirements for Salesforce solutions. Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and manage a product backlog. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Desired Qualifications: Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) or other relevant Salesforce certifications. Experience with specific Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud) or products (e.g., CPQ, Field Service). Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Experience working with Salesforce development teams (Apex, LWC, Visualforce). Experience with change management and user adoption strategies.
