User Research Internship in Bangalore (Hybrid)

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Analyze AI conversations, summarization, and operations: Review live, recorded, and transcribed user chats (text & voice) handled by our AI tool. Review AI automated actions, processes, and protocols across the product. Identify patterns, trends, successes, and areas needing improvement in AI responses and user interactions. Analyse conversation flow and user sentiment. Ensure Quality & Compliance: Flag conversations where the AI's response is inaccurate, off-brand, unhelpful, or non-compliant with our guidelines. Help maintain high standards for every user interaction. Deliver Actionable Insights: Provide clear, structured feedback to the tech team to drive AI model improvements. Share valuable user insights with the marketing team to inform strategy and messaging. Contribute to reports summarising findings and recommendations. Manage High-Priority Interactions: Recognise and proactively take over conversations involving urgent, sensitive, or complex user queries requiring human expertise. Contribute to AI Training: Participate in defining and feeding "ideal responses" to the AI model. Help expand the AI's knowledge base with domain-specific information. Drive Product Excellence: Use your analysis and profound observations to directly contribute to the following: Product Development: Identify feature opportunities and usability gaps. User Experience (UX) Enhancement: Pinpoint friction points and suggest improvements. User Acquisition Growth: Uncover insights to help attract and convert new users.
