User Interface Designer

As a UI Designer at Razorpod Technologies, you will be responsible for crafting visually engaging interfaces and design systems across a variety of digital projects. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver appealing and accessible solutions for clients in multiple industries. You will contribute to visual strategy, develop consistent UI assets, and play an active part in building high-quality digital products within an innovative and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Design

● Create high-fidelity UI assets, layouts, icons, and component libraries for digital interfaces.

● Ensure all designs adhere to best practices in usability, visual hierarchy, contrast, and accessibility.

● Collaborate to implement consistent branding across products.

Collaboration & Handoff

● Work closely with developers to ensure accurate and smooth design implementation.

● Coordinate with UX designers and product managers to translate requirements into visual solutions.

System & Consistency

● Build and maintain scalable design systems, documentation, and style guides.

● Review and iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and usability data.

Research & Trends

● Stay informed about the latest UI trends, tools, and technologies.

● Participate in critiques and contribute to elevating overall team craft.

Requirements

Experience

● 2-6 years of hands-on experience in UI or Visual Design for digital products. Portfolio

● Strong portfolio showcasing web or app UI, visual design, and consistency across interfaces. Skills ● Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.

● Solid grasp of color, typography, layout, spacing, and iconography.

● Understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles.

● Good communication skills and the ability to present rationale for visual choices.

● Ability to collaborate across disciplines and balance multiple projects.
