User Interface Designer

At Yosemite Crew (www.yosemitecrew.com, https://github.com/YosemiteCrew/Yosemite-Crew), we're creating an open, modern, and compassionate Practice Management System (PMS) designed with and for pet businesses, pet owners and developers. The Role

We’re hiring a UI/UX Designer who’s as comfortable in Figma as they are exploring AI-powered design workflows. You’ll craft intuitive user interfaces, engaging user experiences, and occasionally design marketing assets, visuals, and short-form videos for campaigns and product launches.

What you'll do

• Design clean, intuitive, and visually engaging UI/UX for digital products and web experiences.
• Build interactive prototypes and wireframes in Figma.
• Collaborate with product, growth, and engineering teams to bring ideas to life.
• Create marketing and brand visuals social posts, landing pages, campaign creatives, and short-form videos.
• Use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, or Figma AI features) to enhance creativity and productivity.
• Stay updated on design trends, motion design, and AI-powered creative workflows.

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design.
• Deep proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, prototyping, design systems).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color, and layout.
• Experience creating marketing visuals, short videos, or social content (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar).
• Comfortable using and experimenting with AI tools to accelerate design or content creation.
• A sharp eye for detail, but fast enough to ship in startup time.

Compensation & Perks

• Working philosophy: 9-9-6 culture

• Salary:

   Upto ₹8,00,000 INR per year + Equity
