Role Overview: We are looking for a User Interface Designer who is not just a visual specialist — but a luxury storyteller through digital form. You will design, refine, and implement world-class interfaces for Exquisé’s app, website, and immersive digital products, ensuring every detail reflects the emotional tone of luxury. You must bring a strong understanding of UI/UX principles , but elevate it with finesse, restraint, and elegance. This is a role for someone who understands how design creates desire. Key Responsibilities: Interface Design Craft and maintain beautiful, intuitive interfaces for mobile apps, website, content hubs, and member portals . Translate brand aesthetics into consistent, scalable design systems and UI libraries . User Experience Integration Collaborate with UX researchers to integrate user flows, wireframes, and interaction strategies with design. Work with the product and development teams to ensure design feasibility and pixel perfection . Luxury Visual Language Apply principles of typography, grid systems, white space, visual rhythm , and brand psychology to enhance the sense of exclusivity. Reference luxury brand benchmarks , editorial layouts, and haute aesthetics to inform design decisions. Cross-Platform Harmony Ensure consistency and excellence across responsive web, iOS/Android, tablet, and touch interfaces . Conduct basic usability tests, collaborate on A/B experiments, and evolve based on insights. Collaboration Work closely with Content, Product, Marketing, Branding, Tech, and Membership teams to align vision with function. Present ideas with clarity and conviction to senior stakeholders and creative leads. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3–7 years of proven UI Design experience, with a focus on luxury, fashion, editorial, lifestyle, or design-led brands . Deep proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD , and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong grasp of design systems, spacing, micro-interactions , and digital typography. Familiarity with UX workflows , user journeys, and wireframing. Excellent presentation and documentation skills. Preferred Experience & Bonus Skills: Experience working on luxury e-commerce, editorial platforms, or membership-based applications . Motion/interaction design capability (using Lottie, After Effects, Framer, etc.). An understanding of front-end principles (HTML/CSS, handoff to dev) is a plus.
