User Interface Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in designing intuitive, engaging digital products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Translate user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into elegant design solutions
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into designs
• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI standards
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and UI design skills
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend constraints (preferred)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
