Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Designer with 3–4 years of experience to join our design team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping user experiences across our platform — from workflows and dashboards to system-level interactions. You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and security experts to design solutions that balance usability with the complexity of enterprise security and compliance.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end design process: from discovery and concepting to final visual design and handoff.

Translate complex security/compliance workflows into clear, usable, and scalable product experiences.

Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define requirements, validate ideas, and iterate quickly.

Create wireframes, high-fidelity UI, design prototypes, and micro-interactions in Figma (or equivalent tools).

Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and accessibility across all modules.

Partner with users (security leaders, risk managers, auditors) to gather feedback and run usability testing.

Keep up with the latest in B2B SaaS design, security tooling UX, and enterprise software usability trends.

Requirements

3–4 years of professional experience in Product Design, preferably in B2B SaaS.

A strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in designing for complex workflows, dashboards, and data-heavy products.

Understanding of user-centered design principles, design systems, and responsive design.

Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments.

Familiarity or interest in cybersecurity, compliance, or enterprise SaaS products is a big plus.

Strong proficiency in Figma (or equivalent tools for UI/UX design).

Excellent communication skills — able to clearly articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
