No.of positions:3 Roles Notice Period: Up to 30 DaysExperience Required:3 - 5 yearsLocation:Viman Nagar, Pune Outstation candidates are welcome Working Days:5 days/weekWork-from-home on 1st & 4th Saturdays What You’ll Do Lead and execute user research projects to uncover insights into user needs, behaviour & pain points Conduct qualitative (interviews, usability testing) & quantitative (surveys, analytics) studies Build personas, user stories, user journeys & workflows to guide product and design decisions Validate designs/features through usability testing Collaborate with Product, UX, Engineering to turn insights into action What We’re Looking ForMust-Haves: 3+ years hands-on experience in UX / User Research for B2C products Strong track record in personas, building user stories, workflows, usability testing Comfort with both qualitative & quantitative research methods Solid portfolio showcasing B2C UX Research workNice-to-Have: Experience in a product company environment Domain knowledge in fintech or financial processes (e.g. onboarding, payments, KYC) Skills in journey mapping / service design beyond just task flows Familiarity with accessibility & inclusive design best practices Experience doing user research with distributed teams / remote users Strong communication & storytelling skills for sharing findings with stakeholders
