User Experience Researcher

Role Overview: You will be joining the ecommerce team as a UX Researcher, focusing on data analysis and user testing initiatives. Your main responsibility will be to drive evidence-based design decisions and optimize the customer journey on the ecommerce platform through quantitative research. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute A/B tests to improve user experience - Transform complex data sets into actionable insights for stakeholders - Develop testing frameworks and methodologies for evaluating user experience - Analyze user behavior patterns and identify opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with product managers to define research objectives and success metrics - Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams - Create and maintain research documentation and testing protocols - Monitor and report on key user experience metrics Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Statistics, or related field - 4+ years of experience in UX research, preferably in ecommerce - Strong background in quantitative research methods and statistical analysis - Proficiency in research tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Optimizely - Excellent data visualization and presentation skills - Strong project management and organizational abilities Additional Details: The company is based in Chennai and follows a 5-day work from office mode.
