User Experience Researcher

Role Overview: You will be a crucial member of the Design team at Leena AI, contributing to the redefinition of enterprise employee experience with Agentic AI Autonomous Agents. Your primary focus will be on driving mixed-methods validation, strategic research, and synthesizing market insights to influence product direction. Additionally, you will be responsible for scaling research practices and developing foundational understanding to help teams address complex enterprise service delivery challenges. Key Responsibilities: - Drive mixed-methods validation to test business hypotheses against enterprise user desirability and viability. - Lead end-to-end strategic research, including scoping, method selection, recruiting, data collection, synthesis, and delivering decision-ready outputs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize high-value research that aligns with business goals and translates into actionable design objectives. - Synthesize market insights into clear narratives and recommendations to shape the product roadmap and feature development. - Pioneer AI-driven insight gathering to improve research efficiency and scale foundational insights across the organization. - Establish research programs and frameworks, mentor peers, and democratize research practices across teams. - Develop robust personas, journey maps, and workflow analyses to deepen the understanding of enterprise service delivery and employee pain points. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in user research with a track record of influencing B2B/enterprise product direction. - Proficiency in qualitative methods (in-depth interviews, contextual inquiry, usability testing) and solid quantitative skills. - Passion for enterprise functions and Agentic AI, focusing on scalability, sustainability, and innovation in design practices. - Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing user and business impact. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex findings clearly to diverse audiences. - Bachelor's degree in HCI, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field.
