Note : APPLY ONLY IF YOUR PROFILE SUITABLE FOR THIS ROLE Company Size : Startup / Small Enterprise Experience Required : 1 - 5 years Working Days: 5 days/week Office Location : Karnataka, Bengaluru We are building our founding team and are looking for folks who are excited to get their hands dirty in a 0 to 1 journey. If you are expecting a fully working playbook that you can execute upon. However, if you are excited about creating the playbook from scratch and scaling the existing playbook, we would love to hear from you You will directly work with the founders. Inbound lead generation is a critical to generating meetings with qualified prospects. You will lay the foundation for and execute upon our inbound sales strategy. The primary objective is to generate leads and setup meetings with qualified prospects by optimizing our inbound sales machinery - iterating on channels, messaging, ICP (ideal customer profile), tooling etc. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Role: Sales Development Representative (Inbound, B2B SaaS) Mandatory Strong Lead generation & Qualification Profile with B2B SaaS Experience Mandatory (Experience 1): 6 months of experience in generating new leads and prospecting them for B2B SaaS products (can consider Internship experience as well) Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have experience of lead generation using channels like email, cold calling, Linkedin etc Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have experience of prospecting/qualify leads by enriching data using tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Tracxn, Clay, Sales Navigator etc Mandatory (Core Skills): Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Lead squared etc Mandatory (Company): Early Stage B2B SaaS Companies (ed tech will also work) Mandatory (Education): Must have graduated in 2019 or later Mandatory (Age): Must not be older than 29 years. Preferred Preferred (Experience): US or European markets exposure Role & responsibilities Inbound prospecting Qualify inbound leads that come through the website, paid ads, webinars etc. for ICP fit (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Tracxn, Clay, Sales Navigator etc.) Reach out to them (manual + automated) via different channels (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, etc.) to generate new sales opportunities Identify the needs of prospects, and build long-term, trusting relationships with to qualify leads as sales opportunities Iterate to maximize qualified meetings set up Experiment with messaging, level of personalization, length of sequences etc. Experiment with channels (email, LinkedIn, cold calls etc.) Experiment with different types of collateral Loop in feedback from prospect responses to emails and cold calls to refine messaging further Pipeline Conversion - Engage with prospects in the pipleine via multi-channel outreach to book follow up meetings and drive up customer conversion Owning the CRM : Create and update leads, set up pipelines, email templates, and automations. Fully utilize CRM capabilities to nurture leads and deliver timely and relevant content Ideal Candidate 1+ year of experience working as a Inbound-SDR/Outbound-BDR (or other relevant roles) at a B2B SaaS company Solid hustle and entrepreneurial mindset; Thrive under the uncertainty that comes with an early stage setup Excellent written and oral communication skills Experience working with CRM, lead databases, sales engagement tools, ChatGPT, etc Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in managing leads, pipelines, and automations Willingness to get your hands dirty and do the grunt work in the early days Strong first principles understanding of business fundamentals; Ability to empathize with the end user, and understand their pain points; Ability to understand the product at a granular level Comfortable working late at night to ensure sufficient overlap with US prospects Self-driven individual with high ownership and strong work ethic Ability to build, manage and motivate a team Not taking yourself too seriously ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Role: Business Development Representative (Outbound, B2B SaaS) Mandatory Strong Outbound Sales Experience with B2B SaaS Mandatory (Experience 1): 1 YOE in outbound sales for a B2B SaaS product Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have experience of lead generation using channels like email, cold calling, Linkedin etc Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have experience in early stage startup in either current or past role (Foudning SDR/BDR) Mandatory (Core Skills): Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Lead squared etc Mandatory (Company): Early Stage B2B SaaS Companies (ed tech will also work) Mandatory (Education): Must have graduated after 20182019 Mandatory (Age): Must not be older than 29 years Preferred Preferred (Experience): US or European markets exposure Role & Responsibilities Outbound prospecting - Find leads from databases (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Tracxn, Clay, Sales Navigator etc.) Reach out to them (manual + automated) via different channels (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, etc.) to generate new sales opportunities Identify the needs of prospects, and build long-term, trusting relationships with to qualify leads as sales opportunities Iterate to maximize qualified meetings set up - Experiment with different databases Experiment with messaging, level of personalization, length of sequences etc. Experiment with channels (email, LinkedIn, cold calls etc.) Experiment with different types of collateral Experiment with recipient being targeted - industry, persona, intent signals etc. Loop in feedback from prospect responses to emails and cold calls to refine messaging further Inbound follow-ups - Respond to inbound leads and automate follow up communication; iterate on messaging/channels to maximize conversion rate Run custom campaigns - e.g., writing to VCs for intros to their portfolio companies, writing to conference attendees, scraping forums and job descriptions for relevant leads etc. Owning the CRM - Create and update leads, set up pipelines, email templates, and automations. Fully utilize CRM capabilities to nurture leads and deliver timely and relevant content Note - Working Model - Hybrid (3 days from office) Ideal Candidate 1+ year of experience working as a business development representative (or other relevant roles) at a B2B SaaS company. Solid hustle and entrepreneurial mindset; Thrive under the uncertainty that comes with an early stage setup. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
