Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a UI- UX designer (user experience designer) located in New Delhi. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for leveraging design thinking to create user-centred solutions, conducting user research to drive insights, designing and refining visual elements, and developing prototypes to communicate and test design ideas. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure that designs align with user needs and business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency in Design Thinking and a user-centered design approach
• Strong skills in User Research methods and data analysis to inform design decisions
• Experience in Visual Design and a keen eye for aesthetics and usability
• Expertise in User Experience (UX) and Prototyping to create and test user-centric solutions
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
