Role Description We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Golang Developer to build and optimize high-performance backend systems that power AppStorys’ core platform. You’ll work closely with our product, data, and infrastructure teams to design scalable APIs, microservices, and real-time data pipelines that handle millions of events per day. This is a hands-on development role with room to grow into an architectural or leadership position. Your responsibility (you really gotta own this and be accountable for this): Own the design, architecture, and development of backend systems using Golang . Build and maintain high-throughput event ingestion pipelines and real-time data flows. Develop scalable microservices that integrate seamlessly with ClickHouse, MongoDB, and Kafka. Design and implement Go routines and concurrency patterns for performance-critical applications. Optimize data ingestion, event tracking, and SDK communication layers. Collaborate with product, data, and growth teams to deliver new features efficiently. Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and performance monitoring. Deploy and manage services on AWS using Kubernetes and Lambda functions . Maintain robust system design documentation and scalable architecture patterns. Contribute to ongoing infrastructure improvements and scalability initiatives as AppStorys grows. You must know these (and need to have examples to prove): Experience with Clickhouse, MongoDB and Kafka Pipelines Worked on products that integrate Kafka pipelines Worked on ingesters and Go Routines Heavy knowledge of building system designs and scalable architechtures Knowledge of Lamba functions and AWS Knowledge of deploying code to AWS K8
