Job Description

Experience Required: 1-3 years We are looking for a talented candidate to join LENS as a User Interface Designer. We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experience: Responsibilities Optimize existing user interface designs. Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives. Create prototypes for new product ideas and test them before scaling. Information architecture: Organizing pages and information within a website or app so that it is navigable and accessible Prototypes: Building simplified versions of a working feature or product to investigate problems and validate solutions Research: Collecting and analyzing inputs such as behavioral data and customer feedback Visual design: Understanding how elements like colors, font, images, and layout impact user experience Wireframes: Designing blueprints that demonstrate how a solution works before displaying how it will look Testing: Examining whether solutions are working as intended. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field of study. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Sketch, Invision Studio, Axure, Figma, and Balasamiq. Proficient in visual design and wireframing tools. Experience with Design Systems, theming CSS frameworks(Bootstrap, Foundation) Pay is competitive as per the market standards. Show more Show less
