Role Summary: Senior UX Designer

design strategy and UX vision

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Lead
mobile-first design strategy
and ensure a
cohesive UX ecosystem
.
Conduct
usability testing
and research (qualitative/quantitative).
Drive design from
ideation to execution
, developing high-level concepts/flows.
Collaborate within an
Agile framework
and effectively
present to stakeholders

Manage
design systems
, advocate for
best practices/accessibility

UX metrics
for iteration.

What We're Looking For (Required Qualifications)

5+ years of impactful UX design experience;
compelling UX/UI portfolio
.
Deep mastery of UX/UI principles, industry tools (Figma), and
Agile methodologies
(JIRA).
Proficiency in
qualitative/quantitative research
and multi-device design.
Proven ability to
balance business goals with user needs
.
Strong visual/interaction skills,
data-informed decision-making
, and
cross-functional collaboration
.
Exceptional
communication
(presentation) skills; proactive, adaptable, and a team-excelling self-starter.
