Experience: 3–4 years of relevant experience of UX Designing

Preferably who has worked with product based B2B SaaS company

About the Role:

UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with product managers and developers to define user requirements and workflows.

Figma or Adobe XD

· Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs

· Translate complex problems into clean, usable interfaces

· Maintain and contribute to the evolving design system

· Ensure consistency in visual style, tone, and UX standards across the platform

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 3–4 years as a UX Designer

· A degree or certification in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field

Technical Skills:

proficiency in Figma.

design systems and component-based design.

Mindset & Soft Skills:

· Agile, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-moving startup environment.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· Highly disciplined, focused, and outcome oriented.

· Strong sense of empathy for users and team members alike.

Portfolio Expectations

Your portfolio should speak for your design thinking and problem-solving abilities.
