Role Overview: As a User Experience Designer at Litmus7, your primary responsibilities will involve User Research and Analysis, Prototyping, User Interface Design, and Usability Testing. You will play a crucial role in enabling design visualization by creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups. Additionally, you will iteratively refine and validate designs based on user testing and feedback to ensure they align with the overall product vision, usability standards, and best practices. Your role will also involve developing visually appealing user interfaces that meet both functional and aesthetic needs and establishing a consistent visual language for layouts, colour schemes, typography, and iconography. Key Responsibilities: - Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to enable design visualization. - Refine and validate designs based on user testing and feedback. - Ensure designs align with product vision, usability standards, and best practices. - Develop visually appealing user interfaces that meet functional and aesthetic needs. - Establish a consistent visual language for layouts, colour schemes, typography, and iconography. - Collaborate with developers for the seamless implementation of UX designs. - Organize content and navigation structures to optimize user flow and information accessibility. - Create sitemaps, user flows, and navigation diagrams to guide the development process. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to present design concepts, rationale, and recommendations to stakeholders. - Conduct user research to understand user behavior, preferences, and pain points. - Analyze user engagement data and feedback to identify improvement opportunities. - Define project objectives and user requirements in collaboration with stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in User Research, Prototyping, User Interface Design, and Usability Testing. - Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups. - Strong understanding of design principles, usability standards, and best practices. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication skills to present design concepts and recommendations. - Experience in conducting user research and analyzing user engagement data. - Knowledge of creating sitemaps, user flows, and navigation diagrams. - Familiarity with organizing content and navigation structures to optimize user experience.
