As a User Experience (UX) Designer at Litmus7, you will be responsible for conducting user research and analysis, prototyping, user interface design, and usability testing. Your role will involve enabling design visualization by creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups. You will iteratively refine and validate designs based on user testing and feedback to ensure they align with the overall product vision, usability standards, and best practices. Your focus will be on designing visually appealing user interfaces that meet both functional and aesthetic needs. In this role, you will also develop a consistent visual language, encompassing layouts, color schemes, typography, and iconography. Collaboration with developers is key to ensuring the seamless implementation of UX designs. Your tasks will include organizing content and navigation structures to optimize user flow and information accessibility. Creating sitemaps, user flows, and navigation diagrams will guide the development process, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketers, will be essential. Presenting design concepts, rationale, and recommendations to stakeholders will be part of your responsibilities. You will conduct user research to understand user behavior, preferences, and pain points. Analyzing user engagement data and feedback will help identify opportunities for improvement.
