Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Offshore Senior EKS Engineer to join our growing DevOps team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. This role focuses on managing and optimizing EKS clusters, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance while supporting broader DevOps initiatives across the organization. Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare domain is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Deploy, manage, and fine-tune AWS EKS clusters for high availability, scalability, and security. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : Leverage Terraform for automating infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management. Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline code integration, testing, and deployment. Continuously monitor EKS cluster health and performance, identify bottlenecks, and resolve operational issues. Security & Compliance : Define and enforce robust security policies and ensure compliance with industry best practices. Partner with application development teams to support deployment strategies and DevOps best practices. Maintain detailed documentation covering architecture, configuration, and operational procedures. Required Skills And Qualifications Minimum 6 years of experience with AWS services. Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS). Proficient in AWS core services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, etc.) Strong experience with Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Code Pipeline). Certifications Preferred : AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
