Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Team Leader – Used Car Loan to manage and motivate our sales team, build strong dealer/DSA relationships, and drive business growth in the Jaipur region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Used Car Loan Sales Executives.
• Achieve monthly sourcing and sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with used car dealers, DSAs, and market partners.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular training, support, and guidance.
• Ensure quality sourcing, accurate documentation, and high approval ratios.
• Handle daily reporting and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with operations and credit teams for smooth file processing.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the Jaipur used car market.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Used Car Loan / Auto Loan sales.
• Proven experience in team handling (4–8 members)
• Strong dealer/DSA network in Jaipur.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under targets and deliver consistent results.
• Good understanding of loan documentation and processing.
• High ownership, accountability, and problem-solving ability.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
