Job Description

US Medical Insurance Trainer.
7pm to 4am Mon- friday
Onsite role, Quark Atrium Mohali

Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced USA Medical Insurance Trainer to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for employees involved in the end-to-end process of U.S. medical insurance — including quoting, underwriting, sales, and policy binding. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in U.S. health insurance products, ACA (Affordable Care Act) regulations, Medicare/Medicaid (if applicable), sales compliance, and CRM systems used in the insurance lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Development & Delivery:

Design and implement training modules covering:
U.S. medical insurance fundamentalsQuoting and enrollment systemsUnderwriting guidelinesSales techniques and compliancePolicy binding and post-sale serviceTrain new hires and existing employees through classroom, virtual, and on-the-job sessions.Create manuals, e-learning materials, SOPs, and job aids.

  • Sales Enablement:

Train sales teams on product knowledge, customer engagement, objection handling, and cross-selling.
Conduct mock calls and role-playing exercises to prepare employees for live interactions.Ensure all training aligns with CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) compliance and state regulations.

  • Process Knowledge:

Educate teams on quoting tools, plan comparisons (HMO, PPO, EPO, HDHPs), subsidy eligibility, and enrollment platforms (like Healthcare.gov or private exchanges).
Provide guidance on binding policies, customer follow-up, and maintaining accurate documentation.

  • Evaluation & Reporting:

Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback surveys, and performance metrics.
Monitor and track learner progress and training completion.Provide regular updates and reporting to management on training outcomes and improvements needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in U.S. health insurance (ACA, individual/family, group health).
  • Proven experience in a training or instructional role, preferably in insurance or healthcare.
  • In-depth knowledge of quoting systems, underwriting criteria, and sales processes.
  • Familiarity with CMS, HIPAA, and ACA compliance.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Certification in training or insurance (e.g., AHIP, LOMA, or Health Insurance License) is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
