We are seeking a confident and proactive US Virtual Assistant with experience in cold calling and administrative support to work on US-based projects. This is an onsite role requiring alignment with US EST working hours and direct interaction with US prospects and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform cold calling to US prospects for lead generation, appointment setting, and follow-ups
  • Communicate professionally with US clients and prospects via phone and email
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Update and maintain CRM systems with call outcomes and lead status
  • Prepare reports, call logs, and daily activity summaries
  • Conduct online research and build targeted prospect lists
  • Handle email management, documentation, and administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with internal teams and US stakeholders to meet project goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or US-friendly accent
  • Proven experience in cold calling / telecalling / lead generation for US clients
  • Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Experience working in US EST time zones (preferred)
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management abilities
  • Willingness to work night shifts (US hours)
  • Comfortable working onsite from Greater Noida West

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, GoHighLevel, etc.
  • Prior exposure to US sales processes and appointment-setting models
  • Experience in B2B or service-based outbound calling
  • Basic knowledge of marketing, sales funnels, or client onboarding
