About the Role

Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities with
direct clients, Tier-1 vendors, and MSPs
in the US market.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
Negotiate contracts, agreements, and pricing with clients.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
Meet and exceed
monthly/quarterly business development targets
.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–7 years of experience
in
Business Development / Account Management
within the US Staffing industry.
Strong network with
direct clients, Tier-1 vendors, or MSPs
.
Excellent knowledge of
US staffing models, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
, and compliance.
Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a target-driven environment.
