Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and networking events to drive revenue growth.
  • Build relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential candidates for open positions.
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring timely communication and delivery of services.
  • Identify areas of improvement in sales strategies and implement changes to increase productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-9 years of experience in US IT Staffing Sales or related field (Business Development).
  • Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT staffing industry trends, technologies, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
