US Sales Team Leader

You are a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Team Leader responsible for managing and driving performance in our international BPO's US home security process. Your main duties include coaching and mentoring a team of sales agents, optimizing conversions, and ensuring sales targets are consistently met. You will be expected to drive high conversion rates for both inbound and outbound sales, implementing effective sales strategies to overcome objections and close deals successfully. Your role also involves analyzing sales trends, taking corrective actions to enhance performance, and maintaining team SLAs through daily and monthly reporting. To excel in this position, you should have at least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in Sales within an international BPO setting. Strong understanding of sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to coach, mentor, and drive performance in a high-pressure environment are key requirements. Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting is preferred, and you should have prior experience managing a team of 15-20 FTEs. Additionally, knowledge of operational processes, logical thinking, and reporting and analysis skills will be beneficial for this role.
