Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the sales efforts in the US/UK market for SNVA Group as a US Sales Counsellor/Manager. Your role will involve a combination of consultative counselling and strategic account management to drive revenue, establish strong partnerships, and enhance the company's presence in the region. Key Responsibilities: - B2C Student Counselling & Sales: - Counsel prospective US learners and professionals to recommend suitable programs. - Manage the complete sales funnel including lead generation, nurturing, closing, and onboarding. - Meet monthly/quarterly enrollment and revenue targets. - Provide personalized career counselling to enhance student experience and conversion. - B2B Corporate & Channel Sales: - Identify and acquire corporate clients, training partners, and institutional alliances in the US. - Develop and implement strategic plans for expanding B2B partnerships. - Present customized training and upskilling solutions to enterprises and universities. - Manage accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and drive renewals and expansions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred). - 2-10 years of sales experience, with at least 1+ years in US/International markets. - Demonstrated success in high-ticket B2C sales, particularly in EdTech, training, or higher education. - Experience in B2B sales, corporate partnerships, or channel sales. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strong relationship-building capabilities with individuals and decision-makers. - Willingness to work in US time zones. - Familiarity with CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc. (Note: The additional details of the company were not included in the provided job description),
