US Sales Counsellor / Manager (B2C & B2B)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the sales efforts in the US/UK market for SNVA Group as a US Sales Counsellor/Manager. Your role will involve a combination of consultative counselling and strategic account management to drive revenue, establish strong partnerships, and enhance the company's presence in the region. Key Responsibilities: - B2C Student Counselling & Sales: - Counsel prospective US learners and professionals to recommend suitable programs. - Manage the complete sales funnel including lead generation, nurturing, closing, and onboarding. - Meet monthly/quarterly enrollment and revenue targets. - Provide personalized career counselling to enhance student experience and conversion. - B2B Corporate & Channel Sales: - Identify and acquire corporate clients, training partners, and institutional alliances in the US. - Develop and implement strategic plans for expanding B2B partnerships. - Present customized training and upskilling solutions to enterprises and universities. - Manage accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and drive renewals and expansions.
