About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven US Sales Counsellor / Manager to lead our sales efforts across both B2C (students/professionals) and B2B (corporates, Edtech Company, and channel partners) in the US/UK market. This role combines consultative counselling with strategic account management to drive revenue, build strong partnerships, and accelerate our presence in the region.

Key ResponsibilitiesB2C – Student Counselling & Sales

  • Counsel prospective US learners and professionals to recommend suitable programs.
  • Manage the full sales funnel – lead generation, nurturing, closing, and onboarding.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.
  • Deliver personalized career counselling to improve student experience and conversion.

B2B – Corporate & Channel Sales

  • Identify and acquire corporate clients, training partners, and institutional alliances in the US.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand B2B partnerships.
  • Pitch customized training/upskilling solutions for enterprises and universities.
  • Manage accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and drive renewals/expansions.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
  • 2–10 years of experience in Sales, with at least 1+ years in US/International edtech markets.
  • Proven track record in high-ticket B2C sales (EdTech, training, higher education).
  • Experience in B2B sales / corporate partnerships / channel sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building ability with both individuals and decision-makers.
  • Willingness to work in US time zones.
  • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
