US Recruitment Manager / Account Manager – Direct Client

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a results-driven Recruitment Manager / Account Manager with strong experience in US IT Staffing, particularly managing direct clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling direct clients (non-VMS), managing a recruitment team of 5+ members, and driving end-to-end delivery. Prior experience working with clients like Capgemini (direct) will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage direct relationships with clients; act as the primary point of contact.
• Lead and mentor a 5-member recruitment team, ensuring delivery targets and quality benchmarks are met.
• Own and execute the entire recruitment life cyclefrom requirement intake to offer closure.
• Develop tailored staffing strategies aligned with client needs and hiring forecasts.
• Ensure high submission-to-interview-to-offer ratios by driving team performance.
• Conduct regular client review meetings, track feedback, and manage escalations if any.
• Track and analyze KPIs; optimize processes to improve turnaround time and candidate quality.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, compliance, and recruitment tools.
• Coordinate onboarding and post-offer engagement to ensure smooth candidate experience.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in US IT staffing/account management, specifically handling clients (Direct, not VMS/MSP).
• Proven success in client relationship management, especially with large enterprises or system integrators like Capgemini.
• Strong hands-on experience in ATS tools, sourcing platforms, and reporting.
• Ability to lead and scale a recruitment delivery team independently.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• High ownership, result orientation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Nice to Have:

• Technical background (Bachelors in CS/IT or related field).
• Familiarity with contract staffing, W2/C2C compliance, and onboarding formalities.

Schedule

• Shift: 9:30 PM to 6 AM IST
• Days: Monday to Friday
