1. Monitoring of open positions at the Site at PM level & below
2. Monitoring open positions at the corporate office for managers and below.
3. Sourcing cvs
4. Shortlisting of candidates
5. Maintain CVs in the Database for quick hiring
6. Coordinate Interview line ups, salary negotiations and offer generation.
7. Follow up with all candidates every 15 days and the last 5 days, to ensure onboarding.
8. Do walk-in drives to build the database.
9. Induction for employees
10. Hiring Costs within budgets.
11. Implement ATS
1. Coordinate Campus Interviews
2. Coordination with consultants
3. Administrating Psychometric tests.
1. Submission of weekly MIS reports and RAS
- Maintain all open positions at the corporate manager and below and PM at 95% occupancy.
- Maintain a Positive image of the company with candidates.
- Serve as a relationship manager with internal customers.
- Quality of candidates.
- TAT Offer within 20-30 days
