US Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our recruitment team as US IT Recruiters. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to build a career in US staffing. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for our US clients while working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements for various IT/Non-IT roles.
• Source candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.), social media, and networking.
• Screen candidates through phone calls and assess qualifications against requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Negotiate pay rates with candidates under guidance.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and vendors.
• Work closely with senior recruiters and account managers to meet daily/weekly targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Preferred: HR, Business, IT, or related).
• 0–6 months of experience in US staffing/recruitment (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work in US shifts (EST/PST time zones).
• Basic knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and MS Office (preferred).
