Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a US Recruiter, based in Mumbai with some work-from-home flexibility. The US Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening candidates for various roles in the United States. The daily tasks include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate databases. The role requires staying current with the best practices in recruitment and contributing to the overall talent acquisition strategy of the organization.

Qualifications

• Sourcing, Recruiting, and Screening skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
• Experience in conducting interviews and coordination with hiring managers
• Familiarity with maintaining candidate databases and records
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of U.S. labor laws and regulations
• Ability to work in a hybrid work environment (Mumbai-based with some work-from-home)
• Experience in the IT or tech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
